Co-FounderDJ Schemes’ passion for music runs deep, shaped by his Jamaican roots and upbringing in Brooklyn, NY, where music served as a universal language. Inspired by legends like Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, and reggae greats, he honed his craft early, learning from family DJs and studying crowd movements in New York clubs. His talent flourished at West Virginia University, where he became a sought-after DJ, and later in the DMV, where his influence continued to grow. Now a member of the globally recognized Core DJs and “The Team” in D.C., Schemes has worked with top artists like Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Young Jeezy, regularly spinning on Shade 45 and national radio stations. Beyond the turntables, he’s building an artist development and consulting company, using his industry expertise to guide the next generation of talent.

Co-FounderJoshua Jenkins, a Washington, D.C. native, has dedicated his life to music and event entertainment. A classically trained pianist of 23 years, he honed his craft at Duke Ellington School of the Arts before majoring in Music Industry at James Madison University. Combining over 13 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining, and event planning as well, Joshua has mastered the art of curating unforgettable experiences. As a DJ for the past eight years, he seamlessly blends hip-hop, R&B, house, and deep edits, bringing energy and precision to every set. His expertise in event logistics and entertainment makes him a dynamic force in the industry.
